The Gyoza was perfectly fried. The Spicy Tuna Roll was fresh and spicy. Shrimp Tempura Roll is always a classic.

Holy shiitake! We got the Krab Rangoon Dip, very good! Then The Bling Bling Roll, absolutely huge. We shared everything we order and were not expecting The Bling Bling Roll to be so big. The Brussel Sprout & Pork Belly was amazing. Crunchy tuna roll was a win, and you can never go wrong with a JB Roll. We're very full and happy to have finally tried Phat Boy Sushi!

Tonktosu ramen dish was poor in quality. bland flavor. bland broth. noodles were stiff. the pork was good. definitely disappointed i spent $50 on 2. almost as if the broth wasn't seasoned at all. just basic "pork" broth with an unnecessarily large amount of onions in it.

Tonkotsu Ramen is a large portion but not as flavorful as I thought it would be. Also the veggie toppings came already in the broth instead of on the side so they were a little soggy. Yellowtail Scallion Roll was super fresh though! I would again just maybe something different!!

The Spicy Miso Soup was outstanding! The JB roll was made exactly as requested, and the Spicy Chicken Ramen was so good! Phat Boy's is the very best at everything! They really do everything right! Will always order from here, fresh, and great quality!
