The food was very good and large quantities for the price. Unfortunately the food was cold, but I don't blame that on the dasher or the restaurant. I'm sure it's just because of how fast pretzels cool down. that being said, the food was easy to reheat without losing quality. This place would definitely have been given 5 stars if I went there in person.

First time ordering ! I am from Philly I was super excited when I saw this going up ! My son wanted soft pretzel yesterday . Im surprising him today when he gets home from school ! It's cheap too not expensive for 20 Pretzels $18 that is a good price!

I don't know who packed this bag… But I'm letting you guys know that you should not put a cold iced tea drink inside the bag where the pretzels are... and you shouldn't put jar of mustard in with the hot pretzels .. the pretzels should be seperate . y'all put it all in one bag and put that bag into another bag. my iced tea was covered in salt and warm

Oddly, the 10 Pretzels pack had an incredibly fishy odor and taste. The Rivet Box was fine and delicious. Not sure why it was fishy as there's nothing like that on the menu.
