The Bratwurst Pretzel was bland with the only flavor coming from the salt on the outside. It tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. I don't like the squished together method of baking the 3 pretzels. They were tough and dry. They also seemed old, not freshly made. The only thing I liked was the brownie batter and the cinnamon flavored spreads. I'm not likely to order here again.

HUGE portions! Everything tasted good. The Pepperoni Melt pepperoni flavor was a little overpowered by the amount of pretzel bread surrounding it. It could use a little more pepperoni and/or a bit of sauce inside the sandwich. It came with a small tub of marinara sauce but it was awkward to use . The marinara was good but it also had more flavor than the pepperoni.

Sent spicy cheese not cheddar cheese. Also only 3 pretzels rather than the 6 I ordered. We should stop ordering because they don't get anything right.

Pretzels remind me of Gus'. The prices are very good. I only gave for stars because I felt the cheese was misleading. The cheddar cheese is not just cheddar, it has jalapeños in it. Instead of cheddar cheese, they should call it nacho cheese. To someone who can't do spice, I was unpleasantly surprised.
