I love the Philly Pretzel Factory. Their bite-size rivets are so good that I promise you'll have difficulty saving some for later.

Didn't have what I ordered and had to substitute, driver called me and helped by asking the workers what to do! They said I would either have to call DoorDash about a refund for what they didn't have Or take a sub. I got the hotdog thing as sub. Shame they can't refund themselves. Then my Rivet Shaker was bald, no salt. Sad.

The pretzels were not fresh and slightly hard. I ordered one Cinn Rivet Shakeramon but received Rivet Shakers instead.

Weird aftertaste, especially the 2 Pretzel Dogs dogs and Mini Cheesesteak Cup...I will not order again

All 3 pretzel dogs were stale not fresh at all, waste of my money. I order and received them before noon, so must've been left overs from yesterday
