• 5/29/25I love PPF but this was a disappointing experience - the entire Rivet Bucket was stale. Maybe ordering at an off time like 3pm on a Thursday was my mistake, but next time I'll order the regular pretzels and hope that they are fresher.

• 7/17/25I love Philly Pretzels. Sadly, over the last several months pretzels from this location are either undercooked (most of the time) or they are stale, possibly from the night before. Such a disappointment.

• 6/7/25Very disappointed with this order. the Frozen Lemonade was literally just a bittle of Dole lemonade. And the Pretzel Dog was not even included in the order. This will likely be the last time I order from the store via door dash.
