I love PPF but this was a disappointing experience - the entire Rivet Bucket was stale. Maybe ordering at an off time like 3pm on a Thursday was my mistake, but next time I'll order the regular pretzels and hope that they are fresher.

I love Philly Pretzels. Sadly,  over the last several months pretzels from this location are either undercooked (most of the time) or they are stale, possibly from the night before. Such a disappointment.

Very disappointed with this order. the Frozen Lemonade was literally just a bittle of Dole lemonade. And the Pretzel Dog was not even included in the order. This will likely be the last time I order from the store via door dash.
