I ordered my favorite soup today, #1 - Thin Sliced Steak, Brisket, Flank, Tendon, Tripe & Meat Balls. (DBBV) it was put together by Linda, the soup as usual was sooo goood. The broth is warm and taste so delicious (it's like comfort food). If you have not tried PHO1 I strongly recommend you do.

Its ok. Very overpriced for what it was. Garlic noodles are just spaghetti w garlic and the bbq beef was mostly just lettus and rice and a small portion of meat. All together was like $47 with a $4 tip

I have ordered Beef #1 - Thin Sliced Steak, Brisket, Flank, Tendon, Tripe & Meat Balls. (DBBV) many many times. This soup is consistent and excellent flavor from the beef broth(it's to die for) (comfort food on a cool day)
Beefballs-beef tenders-fatty beef- onions-tripe.
If you have not tired this, I would strongly recommend it. Ask for Duk... he will set you up!

Pho #1 is among my top 3 favorite Vallejo restaurants. Consistently high quality, fresh ingredients; a wide variety of yummy dishes; and great service by nice people. Today's was my first Door Dash order with them, and I'm happy to say the food arrived hot and as delicious as onsite. I appreciate how they thoughtfully packaged the Rice Noodle Soup w/Wontons, separating the herb, wontons, and other more delicate items so they wouldn't get mushy; and the dumplings' seafood filling is absolutely delicious. Fresh Spring Rolls are moist and plump, with plenty of peanut sauce, and the black pearls in the Milk Tea add a pleasant toasty flavor. Looking forward to finishing off the leftovers later today!

I go to PHO1 because I always can count on Duk giving me Excellent Service, and then there is Mary and Carolyn who also take excellent care of me. I always order the BeefBall Soup! The beef broth is to die for. It comes with 2 kinds of Beef, shredded Tripe, Onions and Rice Noodles. Soaking in the Beef Broth. My favorite part of this soup is the very tender Beef Balls soaked in the Beef Broth........😋
