I got the 12. Well Done Brisket and Tendon - delicious as always. My bf and I always go here. I usually go all the way to Westminster for good pho (because literally everywhere else in Boulder sucks imo) BUT LEGIT, I think this is the BEST pho in Boulder at the moment. And I've tried pretty much all places in Boulder. Also - they sell sugar cane juice which is SICK. I usually get fresh sugar cane juice only in my home country.

This is exactly what you want when you order from a pho restaurant. Everything from the portion sizes, to the price, to the freshness of the ingredients was absolute perfection. This is the best pho I've ever had and this had quite a bit of pho. I've only had the tai pho but I would absolutely get it again. The steak was phenomenal and the broth was delicious.

Really really really great food, exceptional quality and taste delicious. The food was flavorful, big proportions and 100% reorder again. Highly recommend, and will definitely be our go to Vietnamese spot.
