Taste just as good as if i was at the restaurant. Soup is so flavorful, everything was added and included and still so fresh. And the portion was still worth the price and amount as going in. Best Pho!

The food taste manufucted by Syco. Too sweet Small Bowl Of Our Signature Broth7. Beef Noodles Soup W Rare Steak & Brisket not enough meat compared to traditional Pho restaurants in nampa or Boise. Egg Rolls taste frozen then reheated. 5. too sweet over processed Crab Rangoons and no straw Lychee Slush. Almost $80 for $20 quality. I would never order from here.

Ordered a pork Bahn mi and a Jambon and pate Bahn mi.
Both were very skimpy on the fillings and the baguette tasted stale and very crumbly. The Jambon and pate bahn mi was missing the pate which was very disappointing.
Chicken pho was meh, nothing special but it is chicken pho so......
Got a hot Cheeto Mozzarella corn dog. It was good and crunchy.
The egg rolls were NOT crispy. I don't even know why you'd want to eat a non crispy egg roll. The sauce that it came was was mostly fish sauce. Which I loved but my friend had to spit there's out cause it was so fishy.
Also got a brown sugar boba that came without any boba or a straw.
And a Thai iced tea, which came with boba and no straw.
Sooo.... I miss this place when it was Paris Bahn mi. The food tasted fresher, I never had issues with missing things from my order.
I would not order from this place again.
For the cost it should be way better. There's definitely better Vietnamese in the valley.

I learned that this place bought out Paris Banh Mi, which made great sandwiches. I was looking forward to giving them a try. Both sandwiches arrived (expedited delivery) soaking wet and gooey. Please figure out that you should be placing wet Dikon in between the meat, to protect the bread, not directly on the bread. Or pat dry the veggies. The sandwiches are almost half the size what what they used to be in Paris banh mi. Do not recommend. Would not order again. The bread was thick. Not good. Ordered Pho for my husband, it was mediocre as well. The broth was made out of powder, not beef bone broth. Good luck staying in business with terrible quality and high prices. 2 out of 5 stars.

The quality and flavors were very poor. I ordered pho with rare steak and only got four slices of meat. The broth was bland and the pork dish had dried up pieces of old meat no spices or flavor. My order was for $76 for two dishes so I was expecting decadent, fresh and authentic. The bean sprouts were already slimy. 0/5 stars.
