First time ordering the Banh Xeo , it was amazing, I didn't know what to do with the extra lettuce and basil so I just put them in there and pour the sauce on top, if that is how you do it😁 but it was delicious.

The pho was underwhelming. When the noodles and bean sprouts were added it was like eating noodles in plain hot water. I had to add beef bouillon and seasonings to make it edible. The broth is everything for pho. Maybe didnt boil the bones long enough.
