These soft Soft Fresh Spring rolls are.
So good. I order them almost every day. They come individually with Extra peanut sauce cause it's so good I Save them in the fridge.This Pho 78 gets a 10 star from me.

• 10/30/24Pho was inedible for me because it had cilantro on it whrnasked not to put it on. I did taste the broth which was separate and it was bland. My husband's shrimp bun was bland, no lettuce, and only 4 super tiny shrimp for the high cost. We won't order again. It's so hard to find good flavorful Vietnamese here.

• 10/14/25Bone Broth was decent but both sandwiches (assuming they were going for a Banh-Mi) were pretty bad. Super dry, was missing ingredients, the bread tasted old, and the grilled beef sandwich was filled with nothing but hard tendon. Extremely disappointing.

• 8/20/22Pho 4. Pho Chin, Nam, Gau, Gan, Sach was good. Broth still hot. I pour it over the noodles and toppings to let the broth break up the noodles.
Soft Fresh Spring rolls always good too. They put it in a plastic bag inside the take out box. I think it helps prevent it from falling apart/sticking to the box.

• 11/30/24amazing, I had an odd special request for extra lemons because they help with morning sickness, and they sure enough gave me about two lemons! love it!!!!!
