• 1/3/25The Egg Rolls (2) are so delicious and crisp, the veggies taste so fresh! The Beef Noodles are so flavorful and a great portion. Everything goes perfectly with the refreshing Guava Oolong Green Tea (Medium). Highly recommend this place.

• 2/8/25Everything I have gotten has been phenomenal: my usual is the special pho, but the chicken pho is also great. The bahn mi are excellent, the baguette is exactly how it should be: crispy and leaving a million crumbs everywhere. I'm so happy that we now have a true Vietnamese option in the Waterville area. I hope they eventually expand the menu to add bun bo hue or bun rieu.

• 5/10/25The Chicken Wings (5) was alright. The saunce was not much so the inside felt unseasoned, but it's fine. The pho was decent, but the P3. Pho Steak, Brisket & Tendon (Small) had much fewer tendon in them compared to last time, so I was a bit disappointed. The noodles were hard, too.

• 1/3/25I ordered pho steak and flank, and although I did not get the flank, it is still yummy. I also got the BM. idk what is in this thing, but it is amazing. I think I'll be addicted especially now they are on Door Dash. I don't do cilantro, but without it, it's delicious. We also decided to try the egg Egg Rolls (2) the only thing I would recommend is poking a hole in the top of the plastic container so the steam don't make them soggy and they will stay crispy. Thank you Pho Appétit you curved my craving. Happy New Year!!
