Each beef noodle soup bowl comes with our beef broth poured over fresh thin rice noodles. Topped with your meat choice, along with chopped green onions, sliced white onions and cilantro. Served with a plate of bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, sliced jalapeño and a lime wedge.

Our sandwiches are served on a 12" French baguette fresh baked from coda bakery. Topped with pickled daikon radish and carrots, cilantro, sliced jalapeño, cucumber and Vietnamese mayo.

Each spring roll comes with lettuce, cucumber and vermicelli noodles wrapped inside clear rice paper and served with peanut sauce. Fish sauce served upon request.

Each bowl comes with our special spicy beef lemongrass broth, round vermicelli rice noodles, topped with thinly sliced beef shank, sliced pork and ham hock (pig’s knuckle). Each bowl comes with our rich chicken broth poured over your choice of noodles. Topped with your meat/seafood choice, along with chopped green onions, cilantro, and fried onion crisp. Served with a plate of bean sprouts, lettuce, cilantro, sliced jalapenos, and a lime wedge.

Each rice plate is garnished with cucumber, a side of sweet fish sauce with pickled carrots and daikon radish. Served with a small side of chicken broth garnished with cilantro. All grilled items are drizzled with scallion oil.

Each platter comes with tiny steamed vermicelli noodle patties, bean sprouts, lettuce, mint leaves, pickled carrots and daikon radish. Topped with your choice of grilled items, chopped peanuts and a side of sweet and spicy fish sauce. All grilled items are drizzled with scallion oil.

Our stir fried noodle plate comes with your choice of optional proteins and a variety of fresh garden vegetables including: onions, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, cabbage and celery.

Our tofu are golden fried. Please specify if you prefer fresh steamed tofu.
