Broth of the Combination Pho / Dac Biet wasn't greasy. Portion size of the Papaya Salad was very huge. Definitely worth the price. The Banh Mi was also well
Priced and fresh veggies on it made it amazing. Fresh veggies with the pho and a little kick from the jalapeño was good. Definitely will try again and update if quality changes.

Always very generous servings with heaps of fresh vegetables...not just carrots & broccoli like other places. The vegetarian broth is very fragrant and flavorful as well!

As a local I've heard of the Capitol Asian Deli and have always wanted to try. Today was finally the day and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! The quality and value is unmatched in the area, and the green tea bubble tea is absolute FIRE!!! It's like a blended version and is the best combination of matcha and jasmine with perfectly soft tapioca pearls. I'm obsessed with the texture of the crunchy ice still left once delivered, it's actually the main reason I'm here writing this now. It makes me so happy!!!

Best Asian food in Olympia you can really tell that they put allot of thought and love into the food they make the food is fresh and tasteful and they give you a bang for you're buck with the portions will definitely be ordering for many years to come
