I got the stir fried shaking beef and the salted coffee. Genuinely some of the best viet food I've had in Visalia. The shaking beef is tender and juicy and the fried rice is flavorful. The viet coffee is the perfect strength to where I can enjoy it and get the caffeine I need.

90. Pad That (Pad thai xào) -a lot of flavors i was not expecting. it was not like any other Pad Thai ive ever had before, loved the noddle, and all the tangy flavors, gave me kimchi vibes, and I liked it! well served!
28. Chicken & Wonton Pho (Hoành thánh gà) this was very flavorful, the wonton was a little too bold for me, but besides that it didnt over power the flavor of the broth, broth and noodles were delicious chicken they use was very clean white meat chicken. I am picky with my chicken meats. well served with all the works on the side.C. Shrimp Spring Rolls (Gỏi cuốn tôm) were delicious, the peanut sauce was a little on thick side for me personally, but i only tried the peanut sauce to see the taste and consistency, i usually use sweet &sour sauce. B1. BBQ Beef Sandwich (Bánh mì bò nướng) the sandwich was delicious pickled veggies gave a "lee's" sandwiches vibe. very good!

6. Rare Steak and Brisket (Tái, chín) was fantastic. The broth had an excellent flavor, the meat and fixings really added to the Pho because everything tasted fresh. It was a large portion. My Pho was better than expected. I would prefer from here, again.

The 28. Chicken & Wonton Pho (Hoành thánh gà) here is hands down the best chicken pho I have ever had! The toppings and ingredients included were super fresh.The Wontons are so soft and flavorful and the chicken pieces were all so beautiffully cooked, looked and tasted extremely high quality. 10/10,HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wow, absolutely perfection the amount of food that I am getting is crazy and the fact that it comes separately package so I can pour as needed. Makes everything that much better flavor is unbelievable with definitely order again. Everything taste fresh
