they sent the wrong order or the kitchen staff didn't read the entire order. the only that was right in the order was 91. Spring Roll which was fresh. 1. House Special Combo - Slices of Eye Round Steak, Flank, Tendon, and Tripe was not fixed as ordered. I order my Pho the same everytime no noodles substitute with steamed vegetables, no tripe substitute with tendons, & cook the steak. the same with the 102. Oxtail Noodle Soup Steamed vegetables selected instead of noodles. the 102. Oxtail Noodle Soup portion is always good. overall I would like to continue ordering from here, but I'm not convinced that my order will ever be fixed correctly or I want receive someone else order.

Brisket was frozen. It made the soup cold and never cooked fully in the hot broth. I warmed it up and it still didn't cook, it was far too frozen. I had to throw it out :/. It's best to eat pho at a restaurant not at work.

102. Oxtail Noodle Soup was very flavorful. Love the amount of oxtails. I woulddefinitely order this again. Hopefully, the next time the noodles are replaced withsteamed veggies per request.
47. Combination Fried Rice (Shrimp, Vietnamese Sausage, and Chicken) was freshly made & average in taste. again, this oder was missing the requested jalapeños.
