I had the Pho Thin Pho and the flavor had so much depth. It was garlicky and rich. There was a good amount of meat and noodles making it very filling. My only critique is I wish it came with additional fresh basil, lime wedges, and they would include bean spouts in a separate bag to add to the pho for some crispness.

The Spring Rolls #11 had good flavor and size, however the sauce was a very small portion and the noodles inside were overcooked and mushy. Hanoi House Pho #1 was well made and fresh. The meat portion was smallish and the broth was a little bland. I hope to try other items.

Best pho in town. Hands down. Flavorful. Good meat. Amazing broth. Also traditional pho not Americanized.

muscles were good, not delish. short rib pho was ok. no sprouts, basil,. not what im used to for pho and I was introduced when I lived in Seattle over 30 years ago. had no option to order a protein pho and add tofu either. Just FYI. Will need to try other things off the menu bf I make a decision
