P2. Phở Đặc Biệt/ Combination Pho had a very nice and clean broth but was flavorful. One of my favorite pho spot now!

Flavorful broth for the pho. grilled ribeye P1. Phở Thịt Bò Nướng/ Grill Ribeye was a nice change from the usual options.TheC3. Cơm Sườn Heo, Trứng, Chả Giò/ Pork Chop Rice Plate, Fried Egg, Egg Rolls was a very generous portion and tasty. This restaurant is a great addition to the neighborhood!Thank you!

I finally found a great pho place near west sac. And it's open early. My pho was tasty and nice portion. My wife is picky and LOVED the Mango salad. ordered on door dash and called for special request and the staff was great. My new go to place.

Everything was amazing. The Pho is very flavorful and has a nice balance. The BahMi was crispy with fresh veggies and juicy chicken. The Garlic noodles with pepper steak was delicious. Strack was tender and the garlic was subtle but still rich in the noodles. The Salt and Pepper wings were phenomenal very crispy and juicy as well. The onions and garlic really set the tone. 10/10

Spring Rolls: 5/5 - they don't skimp on the shrimp and the shrimp are huge. Wrapped in lettuce thin slices of pork, thin noodles. The peanut sauce dipping is very good. Ingredients taste very fresh.
Charboiled Pork Chops over rice with fried egg and egg roll: 5/5 - great presentation with foil underneath to separate food from styrofoam. 2 pieces of flavorful pork chop, one egg roll, one sunny side egg, a bowl size rice, wedge of lettuces topped with daikon and cucumbers and side of sweet chili dipping sauce. Very clean and fresh tasting compared to a similar dish I had at Hoa Viet yesterday.
Pho Da Biet: 5/5 great portions. Included a very tender melt off the bone rib, lots of meat, noodles, and vegetables. Broth is flavorful and taste like it was made with real bone broth, not the artificial powders. Broth does taste slightly sweeter than other pho places but not overly and it was really good.
Bought these on happy hour deal and it did not disappoint. Everything tasted really good and fresh. I think we found our new go-to place for Vietnamese food. Definitely will order again.
