Best pho I've had in a long time. Broth was perfect and beef was so tender.

Some things were good, not the best but mediocre such as the spring rolls and 14. Gà Ức - White Meat and pork Banh Mi. 
However, the Bún Chay - Vegetarian Vermicelli Bowl was absolutely awful tasting - well their house sauce, which I threw out as it tasted rancid. 
Lemongrass tofu itself was very bland. My vegetarian banh mi was mediocre - not bad but very bland. They were stingy with vegetables with them putting one long julienned jalapeño slice and green onion stalk, which was hard to eat. Rest was carrots and no daikon radish. Which led to a very meh experience. We won't try this restaurant again - with such high prices and them providing mediocre quality for food is not worth it. Plenty of other restaurants to try instead.

They were not willing to accommodate simple request of no pork just shrimp in the summer rolls. They disregarded one of the special notes added, and told dasher they could only provide 1 set of silverware/chopsticks when 2 was requested. Extra sauce requested and paid for ($0.75) was half a container full in each. Pho broth had decent flavor, but the meat was dry, and the portion was small for $30.

Pho broth was good, not the most generous portion but still enough to have leftovers. Chicken was a bit dry and the packaging left a bit to be desired- noodles were all smooshed together. Spring rolls were mostly lettuce but fresh and peanut sauce was good with a nice kick.

Good pho, and the spring rolls were standard, but the chicken vermicelli: hardly had any meat, the meat was poor quality (tough), and consisted of half iceberg lettuce. Stick with the soups to avoid disappointment.
