Pho phi is my favorite go-to spot for pho! The broth is abs perfect, the meats are always cooked well, and the noodles are soft and tender! I tried the P09 Chicken for the first time tonight, and the chicken was tender and flavorful! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great bowl of pho!

P01 Eye-round Steak had a weird tasting broth. The pork and veggies for the pho came in ziploc baggies? Way too many bean sprouts in my opinion. The noodles were extra gooey and mushy. It may have been slightly better if my driver didn't have to make a stop and it delayed my order by almost 30 minutes. But the broth definitely tasted weird. The veggies in the ziploc bag lacked freshness as a lot of them were wilted. I probably will not order again.
The A2 Spring Rolls (2) also had a lot of bean sprouts in them, not really something I'm used to having in spring rolls. The sauce it came with also lacked flavor.

Literally the best F2 Fried Rice - Grilled Shrimp I have ever had. Normally I go for the pho, which is also amazing. But this F2 Fried Rice - Grilled Shrimp took me by surprise. I have dreams about it, it's that good. I order this A LOT now. And it's always piping hot, big portions, and delectable. Highly highly recommend. One of the only foods I literally can SCARF down

P02 Brisket with spicy broth is by far the superior pho in Louisville. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. This will be my go to place. TheD5 Thai Milk Iced Tea is awesome as well! Highly recommend this place! Very good portion size.

P02 Brisket Pho was awesome! Very impressed with the quality, flavors, portion size, and freshness. The D5 Thai Milk Iced Tea was delicious too... not too sweet, very unique flavors! This will be my new go to place.
