Pho Southeast is my absolute favorite pho location, and their quality remains top-tier even through delivery.

The summer rolls had nothing in them except beef and rice noodles. No mint, no cilantro. Peanut sauce was bland. Bahn mi was supposed to be pork, but had a real fishy flavor that I did not care for.

I've been to the restaurant before and have seen what the extra large noodle bowl looks like. They prepared a small or medium size. There was only enough meat for one portion.

Sizes are always inconsistent. Definitely didn't get large bowls as ordered.
