• 1/9/22I ordered the N5 but asked for just steak and brisket and my order was perfect. The meat was tender, the noodles separated nicely after sitting in the broth for a minute, and all of the toppings came neatly packaged, along with a broth spoon, a fork, chopsticks, a wet nap, and a mint. The best part is the broth though. Pho Viet USA has the best pho broth I've ever tasted. 10/10.

• 12/30/22Saddest banh mi. Only had a bit of primary filling and a slice of cucumber and jalapeno with a couple carrot slices. Added an egg for some reason.
The soup it came with was 6 pieces of vegetables in thin, unsatisfying broth.
Overpriced for awful quality food.

• 2/18/26N5. Pho Dac Biet has great flavor and good portion. A3. Spring Rolls with Ground Pork had decent flavor, however the price was a lot for only 3 rolls.

• 5/18/24 B25. BRISKET BANH MI - Room temperature & soggy, way too much of the dry fried egg and very little beef. Still tastes ok but subpar

• 5/28/24Pho broth was nice and I liked that they added lemon grass to it. Also a decent amount of broth and meat. However, the noodles were really overcooked and all broken up into small pieces. I also ordered a Taro Boba but got a Thai tea boba. Mistakes happen so im willing to try this place again this the 4 rather than 3 stars.
