The portion was very generous, i got plenty of meat and noodles as well as toppings. The flavor was great and I got so full before I could finish my bowl. I would order this again!

Ever since I moved to the Midland/Odessa area, I have been on the hunt for really good pho that has very good meat portions. I got the P5. Brisket & Meatball / Phở Chín, Bò Viên and it was really good. The broth was fresh and seasoned very well, the meat portions were fantastic. I also got the S1. Summer Roll (3 Pieces) / Gỏi Cuốn and that was very good but the peanut sauce on the side didn't really have much peanut flavor, it was a little watery. All in all, I think Pho Viet Odessa is definitely one of my top choices for pho in the Midland/Odessa area.

Excellent M4. Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Really love the S1. Summer Roll (3 Pieces) / Gỏi Cuốn. I appreciate that they wrap them individually so the don't change texture if you put leftovers in the fridge. The P11. Vietnamese Beef Stew with PHO Noodles / Phở Bò Kho is where I have mixed reviews. The broth and veggies are absolutely phenomenal. The beef isn't very tender though which really disappointed me. I might ask for a broth and veggies only next time. It's that good.

AMAZING. literally. taste was great. the meat portion and noodles is huge. so fresh. I will definitely order again so so good.
