Our individual-sized artisan style pizzas begin with a crust made of only four simple ingredients: flour, salt, water and a minimal amount of yeast. Our toppings are sourced from only the highest quality ingredients, including meats from Salumi and Zoe’s, produce from the west Seattle farmer’s market, and cheese from Laura Chenel. We do not use any pre-shredded, frozen, or pre-sliced ingredients.

Our selection of entrées is inspired by our Lebanese heritage and love of home-cooked comfort.

Our menu is centered on the small plate theme. Depending on your appetite, three to four small plates would be the equivalent of one entree. The majority of our items are gluten-free; we can also prepare fresh gluten-free pasta upon request.
