If you leave hungry it's your fault! Everything was great. Huge portion sizes, all the meat was tender and juicy, lots of flavor... the fries had plenty of sauce and cheese on them and the prices are pre-pandemic. Definitely a new favorite!

The tzatziki sauce wasn't good like it used to be and there was too much of it on. I ordered 4 garlic dip and received 1. The lamb didn't taste as good either a little too much spice. Maybe a new owner? We went here for 20+ years sad. I could only eat 1/4 maybe there was too much sauce even after I scraped it all off.

I've been going to Phoenicia since they opened and they're still probably the best Mediterranean food I've found. Also, in spite of inflation, their prices are still incredibly reasonable. You get so much yummy tender meat with this combo that you'll practically need a freezer. Slight exaggeration, but you won't be disappointed. I've never been over the decades. We had so much food for both of us that this affordable combo was eaten over 2 days. Order extra salad for $2 - worth it. Even their 'house' salad destroys others. All items are deelishhh. Enjoy!

For the price I would expect higher quality. My wife ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, which was very greasy. The tortilla also looked like it was cooked on a very dirty grill.
They had smoothies on the menu, so I ordered one with low expectations...but they seemed to have forgotten about it.
The hummus and fries were acceptable, but not the best,
I guess we will stick with Pita Jungle for now, they're fresh AF.

Small Greek Salad came with RAW Chicken Shawarma on top.
One of the Hummus & Falafel Wraps was very unappealing (tomato inside still had the stem; went in trash); side of Greek fries was missing (plain fries came instead).
Classic burger looked like someone sat on it; bun was dry and cracked.
Baklava was SO mushy; layers should be crisp. Tasted like it had been sitting in a sealed container, soaking in the honey too long.
Call restaurant directly to see how they wanted me to proceed and the woman who answered the phone was "shocked" to hear our issues and requested that we bring the items in to show her. Also, she tried to blame the DD Driver--I told her that none of our issues had anything to do with the delivery. Missing items and poor quality are attributable to the restaurant!
Overall, company spent $200 and only able to get $32 credit through DD. Will NOT be ordering from PPK again.
