Phoenix Flavor is consistently delicious. Great portions for the price. I work in the service industry and I love sending people here. I also bring friends and family here for an empanada Togo every chance I get. 6 stars.

Soooo amazing and Delicious! Meat was tender and flavorful and the rice was fluffy and seasoned to perfection. And the beans! Delicious blend of spices in a savory sauce. The food quality and portion is well worth the price!

Roast Pernil-Large Plate was incredibly delicious, and I forgot to take a picture before I inhaled the Potato Balls. Food is always so good here, and the prices to portion size is insane.

The medium size plate is a great buy! It states that it's only Roast Pernil in the details for $15 , but it actually comes with yellow rice made with pigeon peas otherwise known as "Arroz con Gandules" Absolutely delicious.
Had I known that it came with the rice I wouldn't have ordered the side of White rice. It'll get eaten. I was saddened that Platanos/ Plantain weren't on the menu . Disappointed that I received a coconut water when I ordered a Tropi Coco

Also came with Passion Juice which I love. The plantains are so sweet with crispy edges and the rice is delicious. My go to order!
