We love Phuong Nam and often go there for vermicelli bowls (best in the city in our opinion). Craving pho today, and it was amazing! This is a great restaurant.

Pork vermicelli has less pork portion in it. Same amount as the combo with spring rolls. Bad value.

Food was bland. Restaurant has not been the same since it changed hands. It used to be my favourite spot for Vietnamese but not anymore. Will not be ordering anytime soon.
