Their lattes are really good. I used to be a starbies fan, not anymore after trying PHX Grind. Hazelnut latte was perfect.

Hi, normally we have no issues but today we got a Pony's Caramel Crunch Macchiato with almond milk and it was super chunky and separated. I know almond milk separates if it sits too long however this made us think the milk wasn't shaken at all prior to use to try and help it mix.
