Best ice cream around , been looking for a new ice cream shop ever since Mondale Diary Closed and this is absolutely the next best thing . The husband and I love their Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. It's so delicious and it's so very close to Mondale's. We would absolutely recommend Picc's for your ice cream fix.

My flurry was supposed to be Oreo, pb and cheesecake. There was like three cheesecakes pieces on top, very little of the other toppings and for come reason had cookie dough bites in it. Plus the flurries the top 1/4 is always just vanilla ice cream with no toppings in it. As for the value you spend a dollar on each topping and they definitely don't give their worth.

I enjoy the smooth texture. This is my favorite ice cream shop! The portion is definitely enough at such a great price. I definitely recommend this ice cream shop.

The milkshakes and cookie dough did taste very nice, and I'd say they're well worth the price! But the previous time, I'd ordered a butterscotch milkshake and had it filled with nuts of some sort. And this time, I'd received no straw.
