The burgers were dry and tough! All items stacked together made it tasty and I can see why some said "juicy,"but that is only because of the addition of the toppings! The burgers (tasted by themselves) are salty, very dry and tough - due to overhandling of the meat when shaping. I've had better meat by far at some of the fast food joints.
But the order arrived all accurate as ordered, intact, well packaged and still warm and fresh. Portion sizes were ample.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and I just don't like it or understand why it's rated so well. The beef patties are dry, the poutine is meh. This time I paid extra for fried onions and they left them off. I won't order here again.

this restaurant is the literal definition of a hidden gem! it's a small place tucked in a corner that you would almost never see but the food there is always done to perfection to the highest quality with a genuine flavourful recipe! definitely one of my favorite places!
