The Pork Sisig was weirdly chewy and sticky, it was all clumped together and honestly the flavor is just eh. I've had authentic Pork Sisig in Manila so this kind of caught me off guard with how bad it was. The Garlic Rice was yummy though.

Everything was excellent. The beef tapa had amazing flavor. Unfortunately I did not get the pork belly I ordered but whatever the dish with beef, cooked over charcoal did not disappoint! Both appetizers were gone in seconds with the amazing sauces. Great job!

First time trying any Pinay Spaghetti and I was expecting savory sweet and it's just sweet. Which is fine overall. I was disappointed by the pancit, lacked any "oomf"
Lumpia is always a solid pick and they definitely did wonderful on that.
