• 4/13/26So, I dove into Pinchos via DoorDash, lured in by their chimichurri bowl, especially after seeing that Instagram promise of four ounces of Black Angus steak, about ten hearty pieces, or so I was told. Reality check: I got about four pieces, one decent, three tiny. The beans? Straight from a can, dry as a desert, no broth, no love. The rice and corn were fine, not winning awards, but edible. But that chimichurri? No oil, no spread, just a green disappointment. For twenty bucks? Wildly overpriced. Three stars for the bowl, and that's me being generous.
Now, the smash burgers didn't disappoint...
But hold up, raw onions? They hijacked the flavor. Fry those onions next time, and we’re talking magic. In short: Pinchos, you’ve got potential, but let’s match the hype with reality. I’m watching you.

• 7/5/24I'm sooo glad that they added The Pincho Smash Burger permanently to the menu because OMG sooo yummy and flavorful. The fries are nice and crispy but the Smash Fries?? OMG lol...however, there's more fries than meat and sauce on them but they're still yummy too!

• 4/7/26Expensive and a sample portion of chicken! Also, I had ordered brown rice! I got white rice! Barely anything in my plate, I am shocked I am still hungry after this and I don't even eat a lot. You guys are talking about chipotle but chipotle gives more portion food for cheaper! Very disappointed I wanted to love pincho :( but ones again let down.

• 6/19/25Smash burgers were not smashed at all. Pincho burgers had no sauce or papitas and lettuce was soggy. Very disappointing as I've eaten there before and use to be really good.
