Classic Chicken Teriyaki was dry bland and small for the price garlic edemame was tiny for the price Spicy Garlic Edamame was sweet and no garlic tasted like a mango flavor

This was rough. The order took longer than expected so my driver was there waiting. The Classic Bulgogi Beef was tough and chewy. It said it came with choice of sauce, but I had to pay for it. The Sesame Seed Balls were smushed, pale and doughy like mochi, not golden and crispy as described and pictured. My kids wouldn't even eat the pineapple which was the whole reason we ordered from here. Won't be doing so again.

Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Beef Bowl. Description says it comes with "teriyaki beef" but if you don’t pay an extra dollar for "side sauce", you don’t get ANY sauce. Portion is small and it's super dry with no sauce. Would not order again.

Saw there was buy 1 get 1 free teriyaki bowls and thought it was too good to be true. I was right. For starters it also said 33 minute delivery time. It took over an hour and when I got it some of the chicken was charred and the other pieces rubbery and undercooked. Rice was decent and they give you a generous amount of teriyaki.
