After a couple year's worth of orders I figure I should actually leave a review. I order from here over big names like Starbucks and Peet's, not just because I prefer to support local businesses - but their coffee/food quality, prices, and order accuracy/preparation is always much better than other coffee places I've ordered from (sometimes I order from other places because coworkers specifically want starbucks or something). Love pink owl!!

The BLAT sandwich had no mayonnaise or seasoning. Dry sourdough bread with a huge single chunk of avocado and two slices of bacon is ridiculous for $18. The $6 walnut chocolate chip cookie was burnt. Not overcooked, burnt and not edible. Forty dollars for a $9 latte (which was too sweet), cookie, BLAT sandwich and coke of this quality is outrageous. Won't purchase here again.

Good gluten-free bread, and because this kind of bread is smaller they give double portions. Staff helpful in contacting me to inform about an unavailable item and make a substitution.

I think best coffee in San Rafael. They have many options. I wish other coffee places had and always deliver. Good coffee. I'm tempted to start buying whole beans from them.

The HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE was hard and stale. It seems like it was made a week ago and left out. Unfortunately had to throw it away.
The Iced Biscoff Bliss Latte had a good taste but the cookie butter flavor was subtle.
