Made a order for pickup. In route to the store my phone died. For whatever reason they weren 't able to see my order on their end. Instead of sending me away, the manager or supervisor came to the front and completed my order. I appreciate that. It was handled very professionally. Also the DA' APPLE FRITTER was very good.

Donuts themselves were fine. What was the bummer was how its Valentines day and ordered for my kids as a treat and of all 12, not even 1 of them was themed at all.
