the calzone was delicious! crust folded over ingredients with a warm soft ricotta cheese, but toasted with a cheese and herb topping. it was cut like pie in 4 pieces. so good. so filling. I've told multiple people about how good it was! holy moly

So good!! Way worth the price! Cheesy Garlic bread was yummy and my pizza was exceptional!!! Even got the Homemade Mac & Cheese which hit the spot.

We moved into the same neighborhood Pioneer Pizza is in about eight years ago; were so exited to have a pizza place within walking distance, we ordered pizza the same night. Unfortunately, the pizza was not great. The crust was like school lunch pizza crust and the taco pizza had chopped cabbage on it in of lettuce. We have not ordered from there since then until the other day, did not get the  pizza because we be did not want to waste money on something that might not be good. The Chicken Strips & Jojo's were burnt tasting, chicken was dried out, the Chili Tater Tots had zero seasoning. We really wanted to like Pioneer Pizza but nothing has changed.
I only gave it a two star because of its distance to us.
