Pisco y Nazca never fails me. I’ve ordered from many restaurants in the area from Brickell to Coral Gables and most of them cancel even when they’re just two blocks from my house. But this restaurant always comes through: on time delivery and excellent food every single time.
Now I pretty much only order from here because I know I can rely on them.

The flavor of the ají de gallina was good, as always, but this is the second time I've ordered it, and I've noticed that some of the chicken pieces are extremely large. I don't know if you take the time to shred them carefully. There were four pieces that I thought were potato, but they turned out to be chicken. This prevents the chicken from soaking in the sauce and staying juicy.

I ordered enough food for today and tomorrow so haven't tried everything yet. What I did try  (Latin bowl) was just the right temperature, fresh, and tasty. Everything came well packaged. Generous portions. Utensils provided. Reasonably priced. Will order again.

This is my top spot for fresh food, the portions taste great and the lomo sentado is a must have. I like the wok work that they use to get char. Good food and service
