• 10/9/24Super impressed. I had a bad experience the last time. The restaurant reached out and made sure to correct everything. This time the foods impeccable. Everything is hot. Extra sauces that were asked for. They even through in extra pita and their lentil soup which is amazing. Highly recommend for food quality but also amazing customer service

• 8/9/25Very delicious! Chicken had such aromatic qualities from the variety of spices that were used, and I appreciate how they cut the meat off of the spit to order. Very tender and juicy! Their sauce selection and quality was also great. The portion was not the largest I've had from a shawarma spot, but the quality was stellar. They were jam packed when I came to gather my food, and it's understandable why. Would definitely come back to try other dishes :)

• 2/8/26I usually order this dish all the time, but this time the sauce was very little and only at the bottom of the box.
The food was extremely dry and greasy, and the portion of fries was much larger than the chicken shawarma.

• 1/31/25We had such high hopes. We ordered the Pita Box Chicken Shawarma - Rice, the picture made it look SO saucy and delicious but it came with zero sauce and the chicken was dry. The portions were pretty small - luckily, it was on a BOGO special . There was nothing jumbo about the Jumbo French Fries. Annnnd unfortunately we were given the wrong flavour of cheesecake. Hopefully it was just an off night at Pita Land.

• 10/27/25I'm sadly disappointed by the wrap today. Usually when I order the wrap it comes jam packed with toppings, so I ask for extra sauce. This wrap today had none of that! Barely any toppings sadly. On the other hand the chicken was slimy and barely chargrilled at that. Usually I love pitaland but today wasn't hitting like it usually does. Gave two stars because the poutine wasn't hitting as well. But it was still edible. Just not the wrap.
