It's always noticeably undercooked. It feels like the kitchen staff reaches the legal limit of what can be considered "cooked" and just stops.
I shouldn't have to throw my pizza in the oven for an extra 5-8 minutes for the dough to not be soggy, or the garlic breadsticks so all of the cheese melts.

This is number 8 wing in my ord of 16. I do think this qualifies as a wind... not even a nugget or popcorn. Possibly a pebble except it was all breading. So the Big Wing box is a piece of deep fr breading box. Great work Pizza Hut...be proud.

The size of the "dip" was pathetic. You used to get so much more when you asked for a side of Marinara Dip.

Pizza was cold. I asked for extra cheese, but the cheese and sauce were sooo thin that it was barely there!! I ordered a medium size and wanted "original pan" but that choice is ONLY available in the LARGE option!! This should be explained!!
