The Personal Pan Pizza® only had one small pepperoni per piece. Not worth paying extra for the topping. Not satisfied with portion of toppings

Very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I ordered the Triple Treat Box and paid an additional $2 for cheesy breadsticks, only to have them substituted with cinnamon rolls without my approval. I had already ordered cinnamon sticks, so I ended up with two desserts instead of the cheesy breadsticks I specifically paid extra for.
To make matters worse, DoorDash refused to issue a refund or credit because I didn’t report the issue within 24 hours, despite emailing me confirmation that the restaurant had substituted my item.
If something isn’t available, customers should be notified and given the option to choose a replacement or receive a refund, not be charged extra for something they never received. Very poor customer service and disappointing order fulfillment.

I ordered two pan pizzas because me and my fiancee don't need that much food for dinner, instead we got a whole pie. Which to some people may be a good thing but for us who don't like to eat left overs the next day because they don't taste as good, the rest of the food is going to go to waste. As well as I think the pan pizza taste better then the normal pie pizza. The taste is ok, not my favorite.
