None of the packaging was sealed/secured with tape. Nor is the food ever delivered in a bag. Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta was beautifully presented but not baked all the way through inside. Cheese Sticks had a lot of garlic sprinkled on top. I did not want garlic cheese sticks. Mug® Root Beer was great.

They added green bell peppers to my Flattz. It is supposed to come with red roasted peppers not green peppers. It changed to taste profile drastically. It was horrible. I detest green bell peppers. Disappointing.
