I ordered a personal pan pizza and an order of cheese sticks. After waiting for my order and being notified it was ready for pick-up, I went inside and it wasnt ready. Then waiting again, I was called up to counter only to be told they were out of cheese sticks and asked if I would like to order something to replace it...which would mean waiting again. I thought it was bad business practice since I could've easily been notified earlier in the process. She said I would be refunded for the cheese sticks, but I haven't...yet.
