we got the big new Yorker with cheese. when the pizza got here it was cut in slices like New York does I cut them again because I fed a bunch of preteens. Anyway being from New York the pizza was perfect. It tasted like home. unlike most of Florida's pizza.. thanks pizza hut

I stopped eating Pizza Hut years ago because it was so much more expensive than the other brands. However, with price escalation, Pizza Hut is in the running. And unlike the other brands that had started skimping with their ingredients since 2020, Pizza Hut did not disappoint. It was rich in its ingredients. However, I did call because I wanted to add something to my pizza and was sidelined by the staff. I was put on hold for probably 10 minutes until I called again in the same person answered. He did not want to deal with my change. By then I could see my DoorDash or was leaving with my order so I just hung up.

As disappointing as it looks. Tiny "boneless wings" and the melt was SO dry. Won't ever make this mistake again.

My pizza was dry and not cut into triangles like a normal portioned pizza it doesn't taste fresh at all and my bread was burnt I'd like a whole refund for this sad new year dinner for me and my bf
