Is there a golden nugget of the boneless chicken? Every time I order them there is one that is completely inedible. Hard , no breading & literally impossible to try to eat

We've ordered the thin pepperoni numerous times. It had very little sauce compared to normal and she only ate one piece. We threw the rest away.

it came in a plastic bag which trapped the moisture causing really soggy food and the boxes were like falling apart. still great food though
