The Big Dinner Box was not as pictured at all. Everything came in separate boxes, which would be fine except that the pizzas were not square with pan crust and toppings to the edge like they should be. They were round and a whole lot of bread with 3 bites of toppings.

I was given one 14" pizza instead of two 12" pizzas. That's only about ⅔ of the pizza that I ordered. On special. Because the app advertised it to me. Even though it was half an hour away for some reason. No one from the store contacted me to let me know that I was only getting 68% of my order.

We’ve ordered from PH a number of times over the past year and have always appreciated the convenience. Lately, though, it seems like prices have gone up while portions and quality haven’t quite matched what we remember.
We completely understand that things happen from time to time, and we’ve never made a big deal of it. Our most recent order was disappointing—we had requested a veggie pizza without sauce due to a dietary restriction, and that detail was missed.
No worries at all—we’ve just decided to take a break from ordering for now. Wishing you all the best moving forward.

Got the Triple Treat Box and it was delicious. My only comment is that the cheese sticks were not precut well but still tasty.
