food is good. it's pizza hut. you know what you're getting. I showed up at the later end of my pickup timeframe and still waited an additional 20 min, no exaggerating. they were busy, but it felt insane to wait that long for franchise pizza.

The Garlic Dip was damaged and leaking on arrival. It tasted bad. The Create Your Own Pizza was not cooked properly and it wasn't transported properly. The dough was not cooked all the way and the cheese ran off the pizza and into the box. The sauce had a very odd flavor to it. All in all, it wasn't close to what I expected from Pizza Hut. Freshness was bad. I probably won't order again

the Chicken Bacon Parmesan melt was delicious and so was the honey bbq 8 Breaded Boneless Wings . Only complaint is that they were busy and the food was very late.
