i ordered thin and crispy but I got chewy undercooked and poorly cut pizza. won't be ordering from here again

requested thin and crispy for prawn pizza and was the usual doughy thick base, 3 pizzas were disappointing.i hate to give negative feedback but quality of food was shocking.
