I asked for the wings to be extra crispy. Although when I opened the box they looked crispy, however, the skin was rubbery as if not being cooked long enough. I can't eat that rubbery skin !! To be fair, every other time I've ordered them they were perfect.

No pepperoni on my pizza, although there was supposed to be, and for some reason, rather than a courtesy call when they were out of mozzarella cheese, they just wrote "We were out of mozzarella cheese" on my receipt, while only cheddar cheese being on my pizza wasn't the worst tasting, it was odd, and I'd of appreciated a courtesy call, and I'd of also appreciated my pepperoni.
