I've given multiple reviews for pizza love. All good, and this time it was good too, but a few things I wanted to mention. The lasagna, while still excellent, was a much smaller portion than in the past. The escarole and bacon entree is still top notch. This time I tried their pizza. Meh. I ordered a personal size with extra cheese and mushrooms. It was actually cold. I won't hold it against them for cold, as they aren't right around the corner from me, but where was the cheese? Not only was there not extra cheese but the few bits of cheese that were there were scattered around with crust visible. Taste was ok but I felt ripped off.

The lasagna was excellent, as usual. This time I also ordered an escarole and beans with bacon side.,,, that was delicious. Ok..,a bit over priced for escarole, but still quite yummy.
Now for my main criticism. I hate the delivery in a flat box. I have bad knees and back. Bending over to pick up a flat box is painful and this time caused lingering knee pain. I tend to order from places that will deliver in bags. Many do. Chinese places use bags. I hope they consider using a bag. Have it as an option to select when ordering, even if it costs something.

Love the food. Not crazy about the packaging. Please go back to your prior packing. I get my orders leaking out of these tins with the plastic crimping lids. But the food itself is great. The lasagna is the best I've had from anyplace around. The specialty salad was very good...although I had to hunt for my avocado pieces. Eggplant parm also good, though I don't like to share the container with the pasta side. I wanted to try the calamari and the mussels but, to be frank, they are pretty expensive so I usually trim back my order.

The food is terrific. Eggplant parm was good, with a nice amount of cheese. The lasagna...wow...now that was excellent. Like homemade.
Just a few little things... they used to use much better packaging than they do now. Today my entrees came in those typical metal foil containers with the clear plastic lids. Hate those. My eggplant parm shared a container with its pasta side, which I don't care for. I wish they would use a bag for delivery. I don't need a collection of cardboard boxes to take up room and recycle. I asked for no box and there were two small brown bags left instead. A nice bag would be helpful.
