• 9/6/23I've never had a problem with the quality of the food BUT the service/ delivery is lacking.
On one of my orders they forgot my dips (wrote on the box that the owed me for next time - spoiler alert: I never got them.)
I really wish they used DD drivers. I found their delivery drivers to be very slow (always later than the estimate). they also don't read the delivery instructions (don't ring bell, etc).
but tonight the driver went to the wrong house, knocked on my neighbors door at 10:30PM (I have notes for contactless) and then called me saying that the order said 122 instead of 123. I've never had an order go to the wrong house before and I double checked my account address after so I know it was a error on their end. the way he addressed me was accusatory too.
overall good food. customer service/ delivery needs some work.
