• 12/27/25I ordered the medium Solana. There were no clams to be found on the pizza, the crust was rather soggy, and not crunchy as it has been in the past, the sauce was beyond bland, and the DoorDash driver just left it at the door without letting me know, it had arrived, knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. Very disappointed!!! This used to be my favorite pizza spot, but I will not be coming back. I had a pizza a few days ago from Leucadia pizzeria and it put pizza port to shame. I don't know what happened to your quality control, but I have been buying pizza from you since the mid 80s and never experience one as horrible as this. I also ordered a regular pepperoni and it two did not meet the expectations of the person eating it.

• 6/17/25This seems to always be the case, but servings are never the same on DoorDash as in person at restaurants. I ordered 3 sides of ranch and recieved 0. I ordered wings which always comes with a side of celery and carrots, and ours came with literally one stick of celery and one stick of carrot. Which almost seems like they're trying to make a point? Like "do not order via delivery"

• 4/6/24The pizzas were both 10", but the Bressi was 1/3 smaller than the Carlsbad and maybe had 1 Tablespoon off meat on the whole thing. The Carlsbad was overloaded and beautiful! These 2 pizzas looked like they came from different places, disappointing. The Bressi did taste good, would have been amazing if fully stocked:)

• 4/7/22Worst cheese sticks I've ever had. They were literally hollow inside and did not come with sauce and were super dry! Unfortunate because we only ordered from this store due to them having cheese sticks. My kid liked the pizza but, I ordered a thin crust for myself and it was not thin at all, it looked exactly like the puffy regular crust and was mediocre for how much it costs.
